With offices in Anchorage and Seattle (Bothell) we are well positioned to cover WA, OR, ID, as well as the AK market. We believe we earn our customer’s business with a combination of being very responsive along with a demonstrated technical competence.

Our History

Engineered Equipment Company was established in Anchorage in 1967 by Richard (Dick) W. Spils, an engineer with Standard Oil in Alaska. Working on projects in the area he recognized the need for a representative to serve industrial product manufacturers in Alaska. Since its inception Engineered Equipment Company has continuously operated an office in Alaska, making us the longest operating Manufactures Representative of process control and electrical equipment in the area.

In 1994 J. Mark Wilson purchased Engineered Equipment and since has grown and diversified the company to become the largest Representative of industrial equipment in Alaska. In 2016 operations were expanded by opening a branch office in the Seattle area (Bothell) covering the Northwest region of Washington, Oregon, & Idaho.
